We can never take lightly this image. Our entire life exists and has its purpose because of how far Jesus stretched his arms out in pure love for us. If you have been far from God and His Son Jesus, please take the first step back. There is always more than enough room for you no matter what you've done. I humbly make the invitation to find your local Catholic Church...He loves you no matter what. Please know along with myself there are endless people that pray for you. Take the first step He knows your name and longs to see your face.
Rose | Shaksphere famously penned "What's in a name? That which we call a rose by any other name would smell as sweet." This can undoubtedly be said by all bearing the name Rose. The Rose has come to symbolize martyrdom, purity, friendship and love. The name has also been adopted to point the way, give direction when lost; compass rose. No matter the descriptor, no one can deny all carrying the name Rose are indeed anointed, called forward for greatness. We pray today especially for all Roses who carry heavy burdens and crosses of deep grief and sadness, you are not alone. We magnify your name and the beauty of your witness to the glory of God's Divine Mercy. We give thanks for your generous gift of self. Through your witness we too have been called to a greatness, a conversion of heart. We pray for your continued strength and healing; that our sweet Jesus will forever hold you close to his heart and Mother Mary console your every tear. We love you and pray for you. And as C.S. Lewis once said "There are far, far better things ahead than any we leave behind." May you have solace in knowing that your precious Rose is living amongst the most resplendent garden of love in God's Heavenly City.
Let us not despair in these uncertain times. Let us put all our trust in the Blessed Mother and her Son. They have entrusted great protection for us by the angels...especially St. Michael.
I call on St. Michael every day for the protection of our family; especially my kiddos as they head off away from home to school. Let us ask St. Michael to always intercede for us, our families, and this country; especially during these bleak and sometimes scary times.
God Love and keep you on this beautiful day!
PRAYER TO SAINT MICHAEL THE ARCHANGEL
St. Michael the Archangel,
defend us in battle.
Be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the Devil.
May God rebuke him, we humbly pray, and do thou, O Prince of the heavenly hosts, by the power of God, thrust into hell Satan, and all the evil spirits, who prowl about the world seeking the ruin of souls.
